الأحاديث التي يُوهِم ظاهرُها التَّعارُضَ نماذج من كتاب "فتح الباري" لابن حجر العسقلاني
(The Hadiths That Show to be Contrary to Themselves, Examples from the Book of Fath Al-Bari by Ibn Hajar Al–Asqalani)
Abstract
This research dealt with paying discrepancy between the Prophetic Hadith models of Fath Albari for Ibn Hajar Alasgalani, this research depends on two main approaches: the first: inductive approach, in order to collect the Prophetic Hadith which deludes its apparent of the discrepancy between the Prophetic Hadith, and the second: descriptive and analytical approach by following the Hadith Sayers methods in paying the discrepancy between the Prophetic Hadith. This research included the introduction and three surveys and a conclusion, the first survey: the knowledge of Disputed Hadith and it divided into two requirements, the first requirement: Definition of the knowledge of Disputed Hadith linguistically and idiomatically, the second requirement: the importance of the disputed Hadith knowledge and an example of it, the second survey: contradicting, First requirement: the definition of conflict linguistically and idiomatically, second requirement: the conditions of contradicting, its causes and methods of Hadith Sayers in paying discrepancy, the third survey: models of Fath Albari for Ibn Hajar Alasgalani.
يتناول هذا البحثُ نماذجَ الأحاديث التي يُوهِم ظاهرها التعارض من كتاب "فتح الباري شرح صحيح البخاري" لابن حجر العسقلاني. ويعتمد البحثُ على منهجين رئيسين، أولهما: المنهج الاستقرائي؛ وذلك من أجل جمع الأحاديث النبوية التي يوهم ظاهرها التعارض بين الأحاديث النبوية، والثاني: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وذلك بإتباع مناهج المحدِّثين في دفع التعارض بين الأحاديث النبوية. واشتمل البحثُ على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، المبحث الأول يختص بتعريف "علم مختلف الحديث" من أهمّ جوانبه، والمبحث الثاني يعرِّف "التعارض" لغةً واصطلاحاً ثم يذكر شروطه وأسبابه ومناهج المحدّثين في دفعه، أما المبحث الثالث فهو يقدِّم نماذج التعارض في الأحاديث من "فتح الباري" لابن حجر.
