Challenges in Understanding The Prophetic Sunnah: A Typical Analytical Study
Abstract
This research addresses some of the challenges in understanding the Prophetic Sunnah and is studied by an analytical study. It is based on the historical-inductive method of tracking evidences, issues and cases related to the challenges that hindered the understanding of the Prophetic Sunnah and the analytical approach that analyzes these challenges in terms of their causes, motives, effects and consequences, then the specific rules can be drawn in expanding perception of the Ummah in understanding the Sunnah of Prophet peace be upon him. Accordingly, the research’s theme revolves around: Studying the effective measures in understanding the Sunnah, from the collection of narratives, or the denotations in the language, or the objectives of Sharia, etc.. Studying the motives and reasons for the lack of understanding of in the Sunnah, like the motives which are related to insincerity such as sectarian, ideological, political, or matters related to lack of understanding, such as ignorance of the objectives of Shari'a or the meanings of language, or lacking in terms of modern workmanship/skills. The study of historical and contemporary challenges in understanding the Sunnah of the Prophet, demonstrating the impact of modern technology on the growing understanding of the Sunnah and how to benefit from it.
يتناول هذا البحث عرض بعض التحديات في فهم السنة النبوية، ويدرسها دراسةً تحليليةً، ويرتكز بدوره على المنهج الاستقرائي التاريخي المعني بتتبع الأدلة والقضايا والمسائل ذات الصلة بالتحديات التي ساهمت في إعاقة فهم السنة النبوية، والمنهج التحليلي الذي يعنى بتحليل تلك التحديات من حيث أسبابها ودوافعها وآثارها ونتائجها، ومن ثم رسم القواعد المعينة في توسعة مدارك الأمة في فهم سنة النبي r. وبناءاً عليه فإن محاور البحث تدور حول دراسة الضوابط الفاعلة في فهم السنة، من واقع جمع الروايات، أو مدلولات اللغة، أو مقاصد الشرع،....الخ. دراسة دوافع وأسباب القصور في فهم السنة، كالدوافع المتعلقة بسوء القصد كالمذهبية، والفكرية، والسياسية، أو المتعلقة بقصور الفهم، كالجهالة بمقاصد الشرع أو مدلولات اللغة، أو قلة الصنعة الحديثية. مدارسة التحديات التاريخية والمعاصرة في فهم السنة النبوية، بيان أثر التكنولوجية الحديثة في تنامي مقدرات فهم السنة وكيفية الاستفادة منه.
