Al-Shatibi: Analyzing His Opinion in The Independent Sunnah: Analytical and Critical Study
Abstract
Al-Shatibi Claimed that the Sunnah cannot be independent from Quran in theory, and It does not come out for the Koran in the reality. He argued using mental and transported evidences, and then He stopped at the practical side of his claim. He mentioned some examples of independent Sunnah, and then he explained how it goes back to the Quran. The research aims to analyze this thesis and criticize it, to study the validity of his evidences, and to study the validity of his tools that he used in confirmation his opinion. the conclusions of the research, that the evidences He cited are not enough to confirm his thesis, but the tools that he used in showing the relation between the Independent Sunnah and the Quran are accurate and valid.
ادَّعى الإمام أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن موسى الشاطبي أن السنة لا يجوز لها أن تخرج عن القرآن الكريم نظراً، وأنها لم تخرج عن القرآن الكريم عملاً، واستدل بأدلة عقلية ونقلية، ثم توقف عند الجانب التطبيقي لقوله، وراح يورد أمثلة من السنن المستقلة، ثم يعيدها إلى القرآن الكريم، وذكر أدواته في هذا الرد. وهذا البحث يهدف إلى تحرير قول الشاطبي وتحليله ونقده، لمعرفة صحة أدلته النظرية، ولمعرفة صحة أدواته التطبيقية التي استخدمها في تأكيد قوله. والذي خلص إليه البحث: أن الأدلة التي أوردها لا تسلم له، ولا تكفي للدلالة على دعواه، إلا أن الأدوات التي استخدمها في رد السنن المستقلة إلى القرآن الكريم كانت دقيقة وصالحة.
