Abstract

This article discusses Imran N. Hosein's thoughts on the emergence of Gog and Magog in the work of Islamic Views on Gog and Magog in the Modern World. The purpose of this writing is to expose to the Muslim community the possibility of misunderstandings in understanding the hadith regarding Gog and Magog. The effects of misunderstandings and misinterpretations of fitan's hadith have misunderstood the public. In the analysis of this study the authors used document analysis as a research method which is completely referenced to the books of the hadith, thesis, dissertations, journals, websites and reference books. The findings conclude that Gog and Magog and Magog will appear at the end of the time after the coming of Jesus and the death of the Antichrist (Dajjāl).
