Article Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

1. Formal Request Requirement: If an author wishes to withdraw a manuscript during the evaluation process or retract a published article, a formal written request outlining a valid justification must be submitted directly to the Editorial Office.

2. Post-Acceptance Policy: Manuscript withdrawal is strongly discouraged once an article has been formally accepted for publication. Journal Hadis emphasizes that the peer-review and editorial processes involve significant time, institutional resources, and administrative costs to ensure scholarly quality and the integrity of the academic record.

3. Financial Accountability: Because the structural and editorial costs are funded through the Article Processing Charge (APC), the subsequent withdrawal or retraction of an article does not diminish the value of the services already rendered by the journal. Consequently, APCs for accepted or published works are non-refundable.

4. Author Responsibility: Authors are urged to exercise full ethical and professional responsibility regarding the finality of their work prior to initial submission.
