Plagiarism Policy

Journal Hadis is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All authors, reviewers, and editors must ensure originality in all submissions and avoid any form of plagiarism.
Plagiarism includes copying, paraphrasing without proper citation, or using others’ ideas or work without acknowledgment. All sources must be properly cited and referenced to ensure academic honesty.
Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism may be rejected, corrected, or retracted depending on the severity of the violation.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited in Journal Hadis. Authors must ensure that all submissions are original works and that all sources are properly cited and acknowledged.
Plagiarism includes using others’ work without credit, while self-plagiarism refers to reusing one’s own previously published work without proper disclosure. Any form of plagiarism or self-plagiarism will result in the rejection of the manuscript.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted manuscripts are entirely original and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Any use of ideas, data, or words from other sources must be properly cited and acknowledged.
Failure to provide appropriate recognition of others’ contributions will be regarded as a serious violation of academic integrity and ethical publishing standards.

Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time. Simultaneous submission is considered unethical and a violation of publication standards.
Publishing substantially the same research in multiple journals is also strictly discouraged, as it may lead to duplicate publication and integrity issues. Such practices may result in the rejection of the manuscript.

Authors must provide proper acknowledgment of the work and contributions of others. All sources that have influenced the study must be clearly cited and referenced.
Failure to acknowledge relevant sources may be considered plagiarism and a breach of academic integrity.

The Editorial Team is responsible for reviewing each manuscript to ensure proper citation and quotation practices. All sources must be accurately cited and presented in accordance with academic standards.
Manuscripts that fail to meet these requirements may be returned for correction or rejected.

To ensure absolute academic integrity and textual originality, all manuscripts submitted to JOURNAL HADIS will automatically undergo rigorous screening using Turnitin detection software prior to peer review. Any submission that exhibits significant structural overlaps with existing published literature or exceeds the journal's maximum similarity index threshold of 20% will face immediate rejection at the desk evaluation stage. The editorial team will formally notify the corresponding author of the desk rejection, providing a clear explanation of the decision and the specific reasons where applicable, while the editorial board reserves the right to escalate severe or deliberate instances of plagiarism by notifying the author’s home institution or enforcing a ban on future submissions.
